How can I sell my property?

Sales can normally be agreed on the spot during our first visit. After the price has been agreed you would normally expect to complete the transaction at the end of the following month. However in exceptional circumstances transactions can be completed within 24 hours.

What sort of properties will you purchase?

We buy houses in any area, condition or any price range. There are very few restrictions. We will consider all freehold & leasehold properties from a Small Terraced House to a Country Mansion, Flats, Maisonettes, Retirement Homes, Commercial Properties, Care Homes/Institutional, Hotels, New Homes, Developments etc.

What do you mean by "any condition"? and what if my house needs repairs?

We will buy your house as it is. You don't need to do any more repairs!

How much can I expect to receive for my property ?

You should be aware that by selling your property in this way, you would not expect to achieve the same price as if you were to sell by other conventional methods. As a guide you would expect to receive in the region of 75% - 80% of typical market value.

How quickly can I sell my property?

We will complete the purchase of your property quickly. From the moment we walk into your property for the first time, to the day of completion, will usually take no more than 4 - 6 weeks. If required we are able to complete in seven working days and in extreme circumstances we can complete within 24 hours.

What do you charge for your services?

Unlike Estate Agents who can charge expensive fees for their services, there are no fees for our services and we will cover all of your conveyancing fees too.

If I submit your property information form, when will I hear from you?

As soon as we receive your property information form we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (usually within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information).
